Workers' Compensation, Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation and Jones Act

The workers' compensation group represents employers, carriers, third-party administrators, staff leasing companies and self-insureds in claims under the Florida Workers' Compensation Act, the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and the Jones Act.
