The firm construction litigation practice includes payment claims, design and construction defect claims, extra work claims differing site condition claims, delay and disruption claims, payment and performance bond claims and construction lien claims. When disputes arise among parties working on a construction project, our attorneys recognize the benefit to counsel clients and assist in achieving a resolution at an early stage in order to allow our clients to preserve business relationships and complete construction projects whenever possible. The firm has also actively represented clients in alternative dispute resolution ranging from voluntary mediation to large claim arbitration before American Arbitration Association panels. However, in those instances in which efforts at alternative dispute resolutions have proven unsuccessful, we have successfully litigated action involving every facet of the construction industry.
