Headed by Brad Johnson, we have an employment law practice focused on advising and defending employers/management when they have issues or litigation with their employees, former employees or job applicants. Our lawyers can provide you with training and counsel to help you avoid charges and lawsuits; and they are also available to represent you at the agency/commission stage of a claim and then through trial, if necessary.
Because allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, etc., are time-consuming and present severe economic risks to our clients (both in terms of fees and judgments), we believe they should be defended aggressively, including expedited discovery and trial schedules and a willingness to actually try cases when warranted. To the extent you have Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), we are willing to work with your insurer to represent your interest.
